A18-24 by the end of 2023.
The Problem: Indeed has plateaued in increasing unaided consideration among U.S. A18-24. With an online generation, endless options and competitors ramping up their media spend for this cohort, the way forward is to create messaging for Indeed that can break through the noise. As Gen Z enters the workforce, we found that Indeed has the opportunity to create positive associations that can support Gen Z through a lifetime of Jobbing.
Strategy: Indeed must encourage Gen Z to ask, "Why Not?”
